The semester is coming to a close and that means that it is time to hand in your log and evaluation. The deadline to hand them in is December 14th.
For those of you that are in need of an extension, please provide us with the following information via email as soon as you can so that we can go forth with processing your request:
1) Reason that you are requesting an extension?
2) How many hours do you have completed?
3) Will you be completing hours in the same school? If not, where?
